Ok got it sorted. I removed the include file in the admin, saved the page and recreated the link to the include file and then it worked fine.

Hi
I have an include file in /fileadmin/inc folder. I just edited the file an dsaved it but the changes is not showing in the live website.
I cleared the following caches: Clear cache in typo3conf/ and Clear FE cache.
Used different browsers etc but still no change. In the admin if I edit the file I can see the changes.
