I have not had a problem in IE6 on this web site or other commercial site developed using zen wireframe and early versions of zen light/pro.
http://www.mediatech.net/typoscript-html.html is 4 menu levels deep. I'm guessing that the problem may stem from missing code or some other CSS creating the issue, The best thing to do is try a clean installation of the template and work from there.
