I've never seen that error before... Google didn't pull up anything either. If you haven't done so already, I recommend updating your DB reference index in Tools > DB check > Manage Reference Index then going to Tools > Install > 2: Database Analyser > Update required tables > COMPARE to make sure all tables exist for the extension throwing the error.

Subject: Missing file in template

Hello!

When I go to configuration/Database Relations

I get this error:

typo3/typo3temp/import_temp_FhxAcy is missing!
Referenced from: [tx_thmailformplus_main][1][email_htmltemplate] (pid:13) -

What does ist mean, it is a clean install (at least I didn't change anything to tx_thmailformplus_)
