stanley,

There are a few more steps involved. Did you create a Mailformsplus record for the HTML form? If not then create a mailformplus record on the from page itself or in a sys folder.

I use a sys folder called forms. Keep in mind that Mailformplus will only grab 1 form in a sys folder so you will need multiple sub sys folders each containing 1 mailform plus record if you have more than 1 form record.

Once you have created the Mailformplus record populate the form record with the location of the HTML form template. Once this is done install the mailsformplus plugin on the page that will display the form and point it to the sys folder containing the mailformsplus record.

Subject: mailformplus question
Hi

Thanks Greg for the info about mailform but it didn't work.

I thought I would try a template based form so I uploaded mailformplus.

It installed okay, and then I put a template form in uploads/tx_thmailformplus/

Problem is that when I cleared cache, the form doesn't show up in the list when I click on the 'mailformplus' in the 'left menu' in the backend.

Any ideas to what I need to look at would be appreciated.

Cheers
