Problem solved. This seems to be a Feature/Bug with version 2.5.6 of sr_feuser_register. I went back to version 2.5.5 and now I am getting the expected behavior.

I am using the latest version of the Frontend User Registration. (on TYPO3 version 4.0). When a user logs in, they get the Login Successful Window, then directly under this is the 'Edit Profile' Form. What I want is just a link to the 'Edit User Profile'. I had installed this extension on another test site, and that is how it worked. It had a link to the "edit user profile" page after the Login successful message, not the edit profile form itself. And the documentation for the Front End User registration indicates that is how it should work.

I can't figure out why I don't just have a link......

Any help would be appreciated.
