Apparently you can save data into a database table of your choice (mapping inputfields -> dbfields via TypoScript) since 3.1.0. I have never used this feature myself but it appears possible.

What have you discovered when playing around with the supported TS options like
saveDB = 1, saveDB.dbTable, saveDB.dbinsert, saveDB.dbkey, saveDB.mapping?

Subject: mailformplus save to DB table
I am using MailFormPlus on my site. I have several different forms on the site and would like to save each form to a separate database table. My problem is, I can't see how to specify a different table for each form. The TS setup only seems to allow you to name one table. I need each form to save to a different table that I have created.

Have you had any experience using mailformplus in this way? Any idea if I can do this without building my own user function? I've already search support.typo3 for a clue, and found nothing.

Thanks is advance for any insights.
