Great!, Greg. That was the cat's meow.

Not only is the name field pre-populated with the FE username, but we made the email field hidden to avoid bogus email addresses if someone is being naughty. (The email address is confirmed in the FE user registration process.)

I just found a solution for ve_guestbook 1.12.1 I think. It's in German but translates well through Google. Just be careful not to translate the code into English

Subject: ve_guestbook and FE User automation

A site is only allowing logged-in FE users to post to the ve_guestbook. I'd like the guestbook entries to automatically have the FE user's username inserted. Is there any way to do that?
