try a fresh install of TYPO3 4.05 and replace fileadmin, uploads, and typo3conf with your old backup folders. Then import old backup database, perform update with Install tool and see if that helps.

I installed fresh version typo3 4.0.5 on my local PC and I have view with 4 collumns. On my www I have only 1 column (NORMAL) - I made upgrade to 4.0.5.

That is strange. I've never seen that. Did you recently install any new extensions or add TS to your user/group profile to page? Is this a new out of box TYPO3 installation?
