I've never seen this problem. Are you importing between 2 different versions of TYPO3? I recommend running an advanced search at http://support.typo3.org for hints. This is where I go 90% of the time when I get stuck

Subject: Import pages - problem

Hi

I created one instance of typo3, add all pages and relation between them. After that i created export file.
Problem
When i try import this file to another instance of typo3, typo3 remove my all anchors - anybody know what is wrong

example:
<link #top <LINK # _top>Top</link>
<link 265#answer_5 <LINK 265# _top>same text</link>
