Apparently not. I've always used Linux servers myself. A Google search and the TYPO3 Installation on Windows <typo3-windows@lists.netfielders.de> newsgroup should provide some answers.

Subject: how to install typo3 in apache on win2003
does anyone know how to install typo3 on windows 2003 server on apache?
but i don't want the installer , i want the dummy package
plz help me?
