* Added new graphic header wallpaper header-stillaqua.jpg and header-source-stillaqua.png source files. Rename to header.jpg to use.
* Added new graphic hover states to horizontal menu with changes to Typoscript in TSsetup.txt, menu.css and iemenu.css.
* Corrected CSS in 3rd level vertical navigation so links did not blend into background color in layout.css.
* Centered text in footer, added 10px padding, dark grey background, new css class for bottom links layout.css for new <span></span> tags in 1column.html,2column.html,3column.html.

*Removed relative positioning in #main-content1col, #main-content2col, #main-content3col in layout.css to correct rendering issues with <div class="tx-ttnews-browsebox">.

*Increased #wrapper width to 591px and removed padding:10px, added border-right to #main-content3col in layout.css to make 3 column layout consistant with 2 column appearance.

*Added Indexed search engine wrap <!--TYPO3SEARCH_begin--><!--TYPO3SEARCH_end--> around <!-- ###CONTENT### START--><!-- ###CONTENT### END--> in 1column.html,2column.html,3column.html and updated TSsetup.txt, TSsetup.noext.txt

*Upgraded ADxMenu.js to latest version v4 (4.10)
