Right, I have noticed this on some servers. What's happening is the file path is changed from a relative to an absolute server path.

Since this appears to be a random occurrence and I have not found a way to correct this in the .t3d file (yet), I may need to simply add additional documentation so we select the HTML form from the element browser in the future.

On a fresh install of ZWire-business, I noticed the contact form was missing.
The tutorial shows that the "contact form" sysfolder was in the top level, but in my t3d import it was not there. I found it under the "contact" page.

In order to get the form to show up, edit the Support Request from in the "contact form" sysfolder and change the "HTML-Template with formular fields init" field to point to fileadmin/templates/zwire/forms/contact-form.html

I think the author moved it but did not update the t3d file.
