You can change these values either by accessing Web > List and edit the TypoScript template Constants directly or choose Web > Template and use the Constant Editor as seen on pages 32 and 33 in the PDF tutorial, TypoScript, putting it all together.

Subject: Frontend User Registration
The e-mail from Front End User Registration is sent from "My Company <support@your-domain.com>". I have tried to find how to configure the real values without success. Where are they specified?
