What tutorials have you looked at so far? Have you had a chance to view this tutorial?

The tutorial is a little old and you'll need to keep your mouse on the pause button to slow it down a little. The tutorial explains where to place TypoScript HTML markers around the areas of your static Dreamweaver template for TYPO3 to populate the template with content.

You can use the the HTML TypoScript markers and TypoScript code in the the free version of zen light. It will be necessary to have a basic understanding of what TypoScript template does in order to turn your you Dreamweaver template into a TYPO3 template.

I am new to typo3 and I have already read some typo3 tutorials. But, still I am confused how to convert Dreamweaver html web template backed by a CSS file into Typo3 template file. I tried several times, but no improvement. Please kindly help me in this stuff.
